Low Price Guarantee

If you find a lower price within 14-Days of your purchase, we will refund you 100% of the difference. Just bring in the advertisement, price quote or proof of the lower price so we can verify it, accompanied by your original sales receipt.

Price matches cannot be combined with store discounts unless authorized by Yepremian Jewelers. 

We reserve the right to review, deny, match or beat the low price at our sole discretion.

If the competitor does not have the item in stock or states that quantities are limited, a refund will not be issued. 

Sometimes a competitor will advertise a low price for a product while having only a limited supply of the item. If a competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. 

We reserve the right to verify that a competitor has the product in stock at the low price advertised.

14 Day Return Policy

With every purchase, Yepremian Jewelers will give you a full refund within 14-Days if your purchase is returned in new condition without any signs of wear, with all the original packaging and tags attached, accompanied by your original sales receipt.

Yepremian Jewelers will allow an exchange within 14-Days of the original purchase date if your item is returned in new condition without any signs of wear, with all the original packaging and tags attached accompanied by your original sales receipt.  

Refunds and Coupon Discounts

All eligible returns will be refunded using the same payment method at the time of your original purchase.

A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient accompanied by a Yepremian Jewelers Gift Receipt.

Coupons

Percentage off coupons are limited to any one single regularly priced item purchased when you shop at Yepremian Jewelers or YepremianJewewlers.com unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are not eligible for discounts unless otherwise stated and / or authorized by Yepremian Jewelers.

Product specific coupons are good while supplies last. For all eligible purchases, product specific coupons are limited to one item only unless otherwise stated.

Coupons cannot be used or combined with any other discount or coupon / coupon code.

Coupons cannot be bought, sold or transferred. 

Coupons must be presented in-store, with your phone order, or entered online in the shopping cart to receive the offer.

Yepremian Jewelers reserves the right to cancel, deny or refund any purchase that might be an error, suspicious, invalid or in violation of store policy at their sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Closeout Items, Personalized / Engraved Pieces, Special Orders, and Modified or Custom Made Pieces are not refundable.

If your item shows signs of being worn, altered or tampered with, no refund will be issued.

What the Yepremian Jewelers Estate Jewelry Limited Warranty Covers and For How Long...

Estate Watch Collection: 

Yepremian Jewelers warrants to you that the internal movement of the Timepiece, under normal use, is free from defects in material or workmanship. This limited warranty 

applies to such defects brought to Yepremian Jewelers attention during the six (6) month period beginning on your date of purchase of the Estate Timepiece.

Estate Jewelry Collection: 

Yepremian Jewelers warrants to you that the Estate Jewelry, under normal use, is free from defects. This limited warranty applies to such defects brought to Yepremian Jewelers attention during the six (6) month period beginning on your date of purchase of the Estate Jewelry. 

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

Estate Watch Collection: This limited warranty does not cover: (1) the case, bracelet, crystal or stem and crown of the Timepiece; (2) the internal movement of the Timepiece against any water damage due to the incorrect operation of the crown assembly; or (3) loss or theft of the Timepiece or damage resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or Act of God.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

Estate Jewelry: This limited warranty does not cover: Water damage; loss or theft or damage resulting from loss, theft, misuse, abuse, or Act of God.

What we are not liable for:

Yepremian Jewelers is not liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, no matter what the cause, including delay in rendering service, or loss of use during the period that the Estate Jewelry is being repaired or otherwise awaiting parts.
