Our Story: The Yepremian Legacy
The Yepremian journey began in 1952 in downtown Beirut, where a young and talented Sarkis Yepremian discovered his passion for jewelry making. Working in a small workshop, Sarkis quickly became known for his exceptional craftsmanship. As his skills grew, he began manufacturing for well-known jewelers, specializing in designing and handcrafting gold and platinum watch bracelets for prestigious brands such as Omega and Patek Philippe.
Sarkis dedicated his life to creating unique, meticulously crafted pieces, expanding his collections with modern, elegant designs that showcased his artistic vision.
In 1976, Sarkis immigrated to the United States with his wife Ardemis and their two children, Victoria and Sebouh, bringing with him his deep-rooted craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.
A New Beginning in Rhode Island
In 1981, Sarkis and Ardemis opened their first storefront in Cranston, Rhode Island. What began as a humble shop soon evolved into a trusted and beloved jewelry destination. Their dedication to quality jewelry, master craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and fair pricing built a reputation that continues to flourish today.
Over the decades, the Yepremian name has become respected by customers and businesses across the East Coast, admired for integrity, expertise, and timeless creations.
About Sebouh and Victoria Yepremian
At just seven years old, Sebouh Yepremian arrived in the United States and immediately became captivated by the craft he witnessed in the family atelier—watching molten gold transform into beautiful, meaningful jewelry. That childhood fascination grew into a lifelong passion.
Determined to carry on the Yepremian tradition, Sebouh later moved to New York to study at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), graduating in 1994. He returned to Rhode Island to help expand the family business, bringing new energy, expertise, and vision to the brand.
Today, Sebouh serves as the General Manager of Yepremian Jewelers, while his sister Victoria manages Yepremian Custom Designs, both upholding the family’s enduring commitment to craftsmanship and superior service.
A Tradition That Continues
In the Fall of 2011, Yepremian Jewelers moved to its beautiful new location in Warwick, Rhode Island, where the family proudly continues its legacy of excellence.
