Returns and Refunds

Yepremian Jewelers and's return policy is the same as for an in-store purchase.

You may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days as long as there are no signs of the merchandise being worn or tampered with.

All tags must be attached to the merchandise and not altered or ripped. 

Your original receipt must be presented and all merchandise tags must be attached for an exchange or refund.

Custom designed merchandise, including, but not limited to, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.


Yepremian Jewelers Lifetime Diamond & Gemstone Guarantee accompanies merchandise containing diamonds, rubies, sapphires or emeralds.

The Yepremian Warranty furnishes labor and parts necessary to maintain your merchandise in usable and wearable condition provided such service is necessitated by merchandise worn during normal conditions. 

Our guarantee covers repairs to the mounting (setting) including future ring size adjustments, refinishing and polishing, and resetting your diamonds and gemstones. 

The Yepremian Warranty does not cover certain metals such as Tungsten and Titanium. 

Service fees may apply if merchandise being repaired is not covered by the manufacturer. 

How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?

You will receive an email and text message advising you when your order is shipped and / or ready for pick up.

When will my credit card be charged for my in-store pick up?

Your credit card will be charged for your purchase the day the merchandise is picked up.

Will I have to pay shipping charges if I request in-store pick up?

No, there are no shipping charges applied to orders picked up in-store.

Can I have someone other than me pick up my order?

No, for security reasons, the person who ordered the merchandise must be the one to pick up the order accompanied by the order receipt.

What do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my order?

You must bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license). You will be required to sign for your merchandise when you arrive to pick it up. 

Our store is also monitored by video surveillance for our security and your safety. 

If requested, can I have my merchandise gift wrapped at the store?

Yes, just inform the sales associate at the time of pick up and your merchandise will be gift wrapped free of charge.

Included in the free gift wrapping will be a free gift box. 

How long do I have to pick up my merchandise when ordered online?

When you purchase through and you choose in-store pick up, your order will be kept at the store for 30 days. After 30 days, your order will be returned to our inventory and your method of payment will be credited. 

You will also be notified via email and text message that we have canceled your order and that your original method of payment has been credited.

Do I have the ability to cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled up to one day after they are placed by either emailing customer service or calling our jewelry store at 1.401.737.2116.

Am I able to make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been submitted and you receive an order confirmation, you will not have the ability to make changes to that order unless you immedialty contact us at 1.401.737.2116.

Do you ship orders outside the United States?

No, we are only able to ship orders to verified street addresses in the United States.

Do all rings come in the same size or are there different sizes available?

When you purchase a ring through our website, you will be shown the available sizes under the options  or size section. 

If you do not see the size you are looking for, please contact customer service and we will be happy to check on sizing options for you.  

Special ring sizes will take up to five (5) additional business days. 

Certain metals such as tungsten and titanium cannot be sized.

If you do not see the ring size you are looking for, we might be able to order your specific size. Please contact us at 1.401.737.2116 and ask if the ring size you are interested in is available for the ring type you are interested in purchasing.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes. We offer engraving on select merchandise. It can take up to ten (10) business days for jewelry engraving.

Do you offer services to create custom jewelry?

Yes. If you are interested in creating a custom piece of jewelry, please contact customer service at 1.401.737.2116 to make an in-store appointment or you can make an online in-store appointment through our website.

Can I incorporate existing jewelry in my custom design?

Yes. Custom design is a great way to refresh jewelry and heirloom items.

Consider a redesign like resetting a treasured family diamond into an engagement ring, or shortening a necklace into a bracelet accompanied by jewels from another piece.

If you can dream it, Yepremian Jewelers can design it. 

What materials should I bring with me to begin the custom design process?

Bring anything you think would best describe your custom design idea. This may include your own sketches, pictures from the internet, elements of other jewelry pieces you like (such as a split shank, chain length and style, cuff versus bolo bracelet style, etc.), metal type, ideal diamonds and quality of diamonds or gemstones you might be interested in. 

Don't forget to have a budget and timeline in mind!

What's the timeline on custom jewelry?

Custom jewelry design to production will fluctuate depending on how intricate / complicated the design is and the changes necessary to get the piece the way you like, to your full satisfaction. 

What is the average price of a custom piece?

Custom jewelry can cost as little or as much as your budget allows. 

When creating your custom piece of jewelry, you need to consider the cost and weight of gold, silver or platinum, the quality of diamonds and/or gemstones and the intricacies / fine detail of the design.

What are loose diamonds?

A loose diamond is a polished diamond that hasn't been mounted into a piece of jewelry or setting.

How much do loose diamonds cost?

In addition to their current market value, loose diamond pricing varies according to their certification, cut, color, clarity and carat weight.

How do I buy a loose diamond online?

If you've decided to purchase a loose diamond to create a custom piece of jewelry, a great place to start is by searching through the Yepremian Jewelers Diamond Category. 

Within the Diamond Category, you can browse loose diamonds by price, certification, size, shape and cut.

Can I upgrade my loose diamond in the future?

Yes. Yepremian Jewelers accepts natural diamonds as a discount toward the purchase of new jewelry or another loose diamond. 

Are different shapes more expensive?

Pricing on any loose diamond, regardless of its shape, varies by market value. The diamond's color, cut, clarity, carat weight and certification is also taken into consideration. 

Some diamond cuts may cost more depending on their availability and popularity in the market place.

Are loose diamonds certified?

All loose diamonds are certified by either GIA, GSI or Yepremian Jewelers.

Do you have a trade-in policy?

Yes. We do accept trade-in's if you have a diamond or gemstone. We also accept diamond and gemstone jewelry, estate jewelry and designer jewelry as trade-in's. 

The trade-in value is based on the quality of the diamond or gemstone and the quality of the jewelry.

Customers with trade-in's not purchased from Yepremian Jewelers must have an acceptable form of ID, (i.e. Driver's License, State ID, Permanent Resident Card which is commonly called a "Green Card", Military ID, or Passport).

When a customer returns a purchase prior to our 14 day return policy, and a trade-in is associated with the completed sale, Yepremian Jewelers will return your trade-in along with any extra funds associated with the sale. 

Any cash refunds will be credited back using the original form of payment.

What is the difference between white gold and platinum?

White gold, depending on its purity, is mixed with alloys to give it a white color. Platinum is pure metal that is naturally white and much more durable and stronger than white gold.

What is the difference between natural and lab-created stones?

Lab-created stones are formed in a controlled environment like a laboratory whereas natural gemstones are formed by the earth's natural processes. Both stones share the many of the same physical, chemical and visual properties. The lab produced stone is usually free from major defects and can be structurally stronger than its natural counterpart while also achieving optimum color. 

Does Yepremian Jewelers offer financing options?

When buying loose diamonds or jewelry, special financing is available along with free no interest lay-a-way.
